TUI Group is looking for a Destination Services Sales Rep to join our team in the Dominican Republic. In this role, you will be the face of TUI for our guests, assisting them with online products and services, uncovering their holiday needs, and matching them with the right service solutions and sales opportunities.

What You'll Do

Meet, coordinate, advise, sell, and solve more complex problems for guests.
Assist traditional guests with online products & services.
Uncover guests' holiday needs and match them with the right service solution and/or sales opportunities.
Monitor and celebrate success with regular sales target updates and guest feedback results for service provided at the airport, in hotels, and problem-solving on the spot.

What We're Looking For

Must have residency and the right to work in the Dominican Republic.
Must be fully conversational in English.
Must have a valid driving license and a car.
Must be a consistently happy colleague and great team player.
Must be a confident people person, able to communicate and sell to international guests while remaining calm and empathetic in a crisis.

Benefits & Compensation

Base salary starting from 335,856.00 DOP gross/month.
Commission on top of salary; average commission potential from $1,500 USD per month.
Company iPad & uniform provided.
40-hour work week with 2 days off.
14 days of holidays after the first year, plus two extra days (Birthday and one Happy day).
