Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site and remote assistance for desktop computers, laptops, printers, and common peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and fix problems related to hardware, software applications, and network connections.
- Carry out operating system reinstallation, eliminate malware, and apply security patches and updates.
- Help with safeguarding and restoring user files and system settings.
- Record service actions and maintain accurate device configuration logs.
- Liaise with suppliers for equipment repairs, replacements, and warranty processing.
- Support setup of software programs, new user account provisioning, and device setup.
- Forward complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when needed.
