PORR Group is seeking a Designer - Sanitary Engineering to join the team in Warsaw. In this role, you will be responsible for the optimization and verification of sanitary engineering projects for building structures, covering internal and external installations throughout the offer preparation, design, and execution phases.

What You'll Do

Optimize and verify sanitary engineering projects for building structures, including internal and external installations.
Perform optimization according to company-adopted standards.
Coordinate design solutions with other engineering disciplines.
Collaborate with fellow engineers and participate in project coordination meetings.
Cooperate with public administration authorities.

What We're Looking For

Technical higher education in Environmental Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Designer position.
Construction license for design in the installation specialty (networks, installations, and equipment: heating, ventilation, gas, water supply, sewage) without restrictions.
Very good knowledge of water and sewage installations, HVAC, ventilation and air conditioning, heating (CO), cooling, and external water supply and sewage connections.
Knowledge of current technical and construction regulations and installation standards.
Awareness of requirements regarding energy efficiency, thermal comfort, and air quality.
Ability for analytical and logical thinking, creativity in problem-solving, and openness to acquiring knowledge.
Proficiency with software: AutoCAD, ZWCAD, Profil Koordynator 8.0, Audytor, InstalSoft, MS Office and basic knowledge of HVAC programs.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of the English language.
Knowledge of other software supporting design.
Knowledge of the market and construction industry.
Knowledge of the BIM environment (Revit, Tekla) and willingness to develop in this direction.
Basic knowledge of automation and BMS systems.
