Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and development of key product interfaces, using layout, interaction, and motion to simplify complex behaviors and enhance user trust.
- Use AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code as a foundation for drafting, exploring, and refining code, while applying professional judgment to ensure high output quality.
- Develop interactive prototypes in React and TypeScript, then test with real users via self-serve research platforms to inform iterative improvements prior to full-scale implementation.
- Align product design with brand identity by translating core principles into reusable components and extending the design system for scalable, expressive implementation.
- Create clear, intuitive visual patterns that communicate AI and automation actions to users, balancing transparency with simplicity through hierarchy, copy, and motion.
- Ensure all deliverables meet high standards for performance, accessibility, and robustness, focusing on semantics, focus management, reduced motion, and Core Web Vitals in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Document and share effective prompts, workflows, and patterns used with AI coding tools to improve team-wide proficiency and adoption of AI-native design practices.
