Cargill is looking for a Derivatives and Commodities Compliance Analyst Senior to join our team. In this role, you will work within an organizational framework designed to ensure our activities comply with necessary rules, regulations, and legal boundaries. You will provide regulatory knowledge and business understanding to handle complex compliance support for your assigned business line.
What You'll Do
- Vet proposed transactions, considering internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements to mitigate compliance risk.
- Review and advise on activities for compliance with applicable regulations, including derivatives transactions, financial crime, anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and corruption.
- Administer defined procedures, analyses, and report preparation.
- Work with more senior staff on complex issues, larger clients, accounts, projects, or analyses.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, escalating the most complex matters to appropriate staff.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of four years of related work experience.
- Working knowledge of derivatives regulations, financial crime frameworks, and data privacy.
