About the Role

Supports the delivery of a regional travel programme for 10,000 employees, managing supplier relationships and improving travel services while contributing to incident response and system maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the team in implementing the new travel contract rollout
  • Prepare for supplier meetings and ensure timely follow-up actions
  • Oversee daily operations and performance of vehicle hire providers
  • Monitor and coordinate responses to employee travel inquiries and complaints
  • Maintain and update internal business systems related to travel
  • Disseminate timely travel-related updates to staff
  • Contribute to incident response procedures for traveller safety
  • Take responsibility for managing relationships with additional travel suppliers
  • Create and present proposals to enhance employee travel experiences
  • Oversee travel budget management and identify areas for financial savings

Requirements

  • Experience managing programmes with budgets between $1 million and $2 million
  • Proven ability to support a regional travel programme covering Europe and India
  • Demonstrated willingness to progress into leadership of larger programmes valued at $10–$15 million over three to four years
  • Prior experience in a junior travel management role
