At Grupo PiSA, we're looking for a Demand Planner to ensure the accuracy of our sales plan by managing the demand planning process, consolidating multifunctional information, and analyzing risks and opportunities within our S&OP process. You will play a crucial role in aligning our operations with market demands.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate the demand planning process by integrating key information from areas like Commercial, Marketing, and Innovation.
- Consolidate demand building blocks, as well as risks and opportunities.
- Integrate and load the demand plan into SAP IBP.
- Track agreements generated in Consensus and S&OP meetings.
- Perform forecast analysis: Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, MAPE, WMAPE, among others.
- Analyze ABC/XYZ segmentation and time series by SKU and customer.
- Execute analyses for continuous improvement of the process and data quality.
- Identify risks and opportunities from data analysis and recommend mitigation actions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in: Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Commerce, International Business, or related.
- Minimum 6 months experience in Demand Planning, Production Planning, or CPFR.
- Minimum 6 months experience in Data Analysis, Statistical Modeling, or scenarios.
- Knowledge of Demand Planning and replenishment processes.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (ideally SAP / IBP).
Nice to Have
- Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
- Profiles from industries such as electronics, manufacturing, or similar are considered.
