Responsibilities
- Create and scale retrieval-augmented generation workflows that enable natural language interactions with data.
- Develop and deploy Snowflake Cortex Agents, Analysts, and Search functionalities into production environments.
- Design end-to-end pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, embedding generation, and vector-based search.
- Establish safeguards, assessment criteria, and automated testing to ensure AI system reliability.
- Enhance efficiency across embedding models, vector indexing strategies, and large language model inference.
- Maintain secure data practices, including governance and monitoring for both structured and unstructured content.
- Work closely with engineering, machine learning, and product teams to deliver robust AI capabilities.
- Improve retrieval accuracy, system latency, observability, and error resilience over time.
