About the Role
The individual in this role will own end-to-end demand generation programs, leveraging digital marketing, content distribution, and lead nurturing to support revenue growth and market expansion.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns
- Develop targeted content distribution plans to attract qualified leads
- Collaborate with sales to align on lead definitions and handoff processes
- Manage digital advertising across search, social, and display platforms
- Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels for performance
- Analyze campaign performance to guide iterative improvements
- Coordinate with content teams to produce assets that support demand goals
- Use marketing automation tools to execute email nurture streams
- Track and report on KPIs including cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI
- Align with product marketing to tailor messaging for key buyer personas
- Manage A/B testing for campaign elements such as subject lines and CTAs
- Support event marketing initiatives with promotional and follow-up campaigns
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations in all outreach
- Work with external agencies and vendors as needed
- Maintain a demand calendar to coordinate timing across channels
- Develop segmentation strategies to personalize outreach
- Scale successful pilot campaigns across regions or segments
- Stay current on digital marketing trends and emerging platforms
- Integrate feedback from sales teams to refine targeting
- Use CRM and marketing analytics platforms for reporting and insights
- Drive alignment between marketing operations and demand execution
