Responsibilities
- Help define comprehensive technical solutions that align with infrastructure, production, and security standards
- Encourage reuse of existing platforms, tools, and services to improve delivery speed and system reliability
- Proactively ensure compliance with architectural standards, security policies, scalability, and performance needs
- Make sure infrastructure and operational requirements are accurately captured in the Product Backlog
- Create and execute technical user stories focused on automation, monitoring, industrialization, and lifecycle management
- Guide development teams to deliver projects faster and more securely
- Promote awareness and adoption of production best practices within Agile teams
- Train team members on effective use of DevOps and Agile tooling
- Serve as a go-to expert for production readiness and operational quality
- Manage solution deployments across production and non-production environments
- Verify that all environments meet defined operational criteria including performance, access, backups, and data availability
- Coordinate security assessments and confirm traceability of access across systems and network layers
- Identify potential operational risks or critical blockers and recommend corrective actions
- Establish monitoring, alerting, and supervision mechanisms for live services
- Assist in defining SLAs, KPIs, and key production metrics
- Maintain accurate and validated documentation for installations, operations, and recovery procedures
- Ensure disaster recovery and failover strategies are in place, tested, and up to date
- Support incident response and resolve release-related issues within agreed service levels
- Lead continuous improvement efforts in automation, performance, and system reliability
- Suggest improvements to production systems and infrastructure services
- Disseminate proven practices across teams and departments
- Participate in initiatives such as Infrastructure as Code and DMZ as Code
