What You'll Do
- Assess and label diverse content types by applying structured evaluation criteria
- Ensure consistent, accurate annotations in alignment with project standards
- Adapt to updated guidelines and maintain performance across evolving tasks
- Complete assigned work within set timeframes on a flexible part-time basis
- Attend onboarding and calibration sessions to stay aligned with project goals
Requirements
- Native-level command of Farsi (Uzbekistan variant), including grammar, fluency, and regional language use
- Proficiency in English to understand instructions and provide basic justifications
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to apply consistent judgment
- High level of focus and commitment to accuracy across repetitive tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Stable internet connection and personal access to a computer
- Eligibility to work as a freelance contractor in Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Afghanistan, Turkey, Armenia, Georgia, or Pakistan
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in linguistic analysis, translation, localization quality assurance, or AI/ML data annotation

Compensation
Approximately 9 USD per hour, paid for completed hours of work.
