NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is looking for a Delivery Operations Specialist to administer onboarding and enhance workforce performance. You will drive talent acquisition activities, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and new hires.
What You'll Do
- Administer the onboarding of new employees, including orientation registration, background check completion, and creation of SAP records.
- Identify, attract, and hire qualified candidates, creating job postings and conducting interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to fill positions efficiently with top talent.
- Source candidates and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Perform analysis and solve moderately complex problems.
- Create new solutions, leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures.
- Manage small teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.
- Work in rotational shifts.
What We're Looking For
- Any Graduation degree.
- 7 to 11 years of relevant professional experience.
