Accenture is hiring a Delivery Operations Specialist to improve workforce performance and productivity through efficient onboarding and talent acquisition. You will administer onboarding activities, source candidates, and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
What You'll Do
- Administer onboarding of new employees, including orientation registration, background check completion, and creation of SAP records.
- Perform analysis and solve moderately complex problems.
- Create new solutions, leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures.
- Manage small teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.
- Work in rotational shifts.
What We're Looking For
- Any Graduation degree.
- 7 to 11 years of relevant experience.
- Skill in Talent Acquisition - Onboarding.
Team & Environment
Primary upward interaction is with your direct supervisor. You may interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
Work Mode
This role operates in a local-country work mode.
