Join EY as a Delivery Manager and play a key role in shaping technology transformation for our clients. You will be responsible for building and managing the delivery of large-scale projects, providing critical assurance to leadership through effective management of timelines, costs, and quality.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute various test cycles for large SAP implementations.
- Work with the project team and third parties to confirm business requirements and the testing approach.
- Work directly with functional work streams to build test scenarios and cases covering all business requirements.
- Build and manage the delivery of technology transformation projects and programs.
- Lead workstream delivery and track deliverable completion and project status.
- Actively participate in client working sessions and lead workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
- Manage engagement economics and implement resource plans and budgets.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
- Typically, no less than 4-6 years of proven experience in a testing lead role, specifically with large SAP implementations.
- Experience in developing test strategies, scenarios, and cases.
- Strong understanding of various testing methodologies and best practices.
- Demonstrate expertise in technical skills application functional design.
- Familiarity with the System Development Lifecycle.
- Knowledge of the Technology Landscape.
- Experience in leading teams.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

- The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200.
