TaxValet is hiring a Delivery Leader - LAC to work directly with leaders in the public sector and impact organizations. You will solve complex problems, build consensus, and implement policies and programs, bringing strategic leadership, client-facing delivery, and technical data fluency to help partners deliver measurable results.
What You'll Do
- Work hand-in-hand with partners in government, philanthropy, multilateral and nonprofit organizations.
- Build capacity on data use for decision making by supporting government partners to improve their data capacities and practices.
- Engage with technology and AI, including the responsible use of AI tools, digital platforms, and data-driven solutions to improve public sector delivery.
- Build and lead relationships, earning trust and influence among diverse stakeholders.
- Facilitate and coach by running effective meetings and workshops that drive problem solving and consensus.
- Model and analyze data to turn raw data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Write and present clearly, turning complex problems into clear documents and structured slides.
- Prioritize and manage workstreams, bringing clear structure and planning to day-to-day work.
- Solve problems by breaking them down, identifying root causes, and developing hypotheses and solutions.
- Stay focused, navigating complexity and steering large coalitions back to a priority focus on outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent requisite experiences.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant, full time work experience in government, consulting, public policy, project management and/or impact measurement.
- Business level proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Expertise in data analysis and facilitation of trainings and workshops to enhance capacity in impact measurement and evaluation.
- Experience working in the standard business suite (analyzing data in spreadsheets, creating presentations, etc).
- Remote, with willingness to travel up to 25-40% and be accessible to an airport.
- Must be based in and have work authorization to work in Chile, Dominican Republic or Peru.
Nice to Have
- Masters degree is a plus.
- Experience with major verticals: climate, education, health, government innovation.
