  • Coordinate facilitators and mentors, ensuring administrative and delivery tasks are well-managed and aligned to programme objectives.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of facilitators, contributing to high engagement and retention.
  • Analyse course and programme data to inform operational improvements and delivery decisions.
  • Work across internal teams and external partnerships to enable aligned, successful programme delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support programme success and ongoing partnership retention.
  • Engage with education and industry partners to understand success enablers and feed insights into continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with partner stakeholders to resolve issues swiftly and effectively.

  • Represent programme and partner needs in organisational planning, meetings, and operational reviews.
  • Lead a portfolio of delivery projects, providing updates and demonstrating measurable impact.
  • Coordinate communications across delivery teams when rolling out new processes or project outputs.

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience in programme delivery or course management within a higher education or online learning environment.

  • Sensitivity and empathetic understanding of diverse learner and stakeholder needs.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in community management or service design within an education or skills development context.
  • Ability to balance learner experience with commercial and operational constraints.

  • Collaborative, people-centred performance culture.
  • Opportunities to grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Supportive environment that values continuous improvement and shared learning.
