Sopra Steria is looking for a Delivery Lead to oversee product delivery and lifecycle management for a major Retail client within the Financial domain. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring products align with business needs while adhering to Agile methodologies and client-specific project execution frameworks.
What You'll Do
- Own product delivery and lifecycle management for the financial domain.
- Lead and monitor an execution team of approximately four people.
- Act as the primary liaison with business stakeholders to align products with their requirements.
- Ensure compliance with client-specific project execution methodologies, working in Agile with quarterly planning.
What We're Looking For
- High proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Demonstrable, hands-on experience with Agile Methodologies.
- Certification as a Scrum Master, PMI ACP, or similar.
- Practical experience with agile tools: Jira and Confluence.
- Technical knowledge in systems integration.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Analytical skills, teamwork, creativity, and the ability to liaise with different functional areas.
- Ability to communicate effectively with solution and infrastructure providers.
- A customer-oriented and results-driven mindset.

- Experience working on projects specifically within the Financial domain.
