Re7 Capital is hiring a DeFi Yield Analyst to support our DeFi Labs team. In this role, you will gain significant exposure to research, vault operations, and marketing while collaborating directly with innovative teams globally to onboard and manage clients for on-chain vaults.
What You'll Do
- Conduct in-depth due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
- Identify new protocols and liaise with them to evaluate risks and opportunities.
- Collect and synthesize news.
- Review technical requirements for new chains, platforms, and vaults.
- Manage asset issuer relationships, including follow-ups, contract changes, and new rewards.
- Compile weekly and monthly funds and client performance reports and presentations.
- Monitor performance dashboards across the portfolio and escalate anomalies.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional experience with at least 2 in traditional finance (investment banking, asset management, hedge funds).
- Demonstrable interest in DeFi.
- Familiarity with major L1/L2 ecosystems and basic on-chain interactions like wallet usage, DEX swaps, and lending deposits.
- Entrepreneurial and commercial mindset.
- Dynamic individual able to consistently move at a fast pace.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and planning skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- University graduate.
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex concepts and ideas.
