Grupo Bancolombia is hiring a Debt Collector III to join our team in Izabal. In this role, you will design, propose, and implement actions to enhance the collection processes under your responsibility, analyzing and seeking alternatives that generate value. You will contribute directly to achieving the organization's strategic guidelines for growth, profitability, and sustainability.
What You'll Do
- Design, propose, and implement improvements for various collection processes.
- Analyze existing workflows and identify value-generating alternatives.
- Contribute to the achievement of strategic growth, profitability, and sustainability goals.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Auditing, or a related field.
- Experience as a Collections Manager or in the sale of financial products.
- A valid driver's license and motorcycle license.
