Lightspeed seeks a Deal Desk Analyst to ensure our merchant deals are financially sound and meet strategic goals. In this permanent work-from-home role, you will be the critical link between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Billing, shaping complex agreements to keep the sales process moving quickly while protecting our profitability.
What You'll Do
- Review incoming deal requests to ensure alignment with sales strategy, pricing rules, and profit goals.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Billing to structure complex deals, including pricing, discounts, and contract terms.
- Analyze merchant statements to confirm profitable payment processing across software, hardware, and financial services.
- Help develop pricing and profitability models to support smarter pricing decisions and boost revenue.
- Guide the Sales team on deal strength using past trends and current company policies.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of approved deals, pricing decisions, and contract terms for reporting and compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative or analytical role.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for financial analysis and modeling.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience using CRM systems like Salesforce and CPQ tools.
- A background in the Merchant Services or Payments industry.
