Burlington Stores is looking for a DC Warehouse Area Manager to oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations in our distribution center. You will be responsible for leading a team in executing shipping and receiving tasks safely and productively, ensuring merchandise is received, processed, stored, packed, and shipped properly to achieve our supply chain goals.

What You'll Do

Analyze productivity, efficiency, and accuracy data to lead and drive team performance excellence.
Lead and act as an ambassador for Burlington’s Core Values, fostering an engaging, professional, and inclusive team environment.
Act as a catalyst and action driver for complex, cross-functional, and interdepartmental assignments and special projects.
Practice everyday development by providing feedback, coaching, and development to your team.
Ensure on-going training and consistent compliance with all appropriate policies, procedures, and rules.
Effectively and confidently leverage technology, warehouse management systems, and reporting tools/programs to drive results.

What We're Looking For

3+ years experience leading in a high-volume distribution environment.
Management/leadership experience in a supply chain distribution center environment.
Experience implementing employee engagement, mentoring/coaching, and development initiatives.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Able to read and interpret necessary policies and procedures to perform updates and operate systems within the Distribution Center.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Ability to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including the Mezzanine platforms.
Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or similarly related field).
Warehouse Management Systems experience.
Bi-lingual.
