Davis Wright Tremaine LLP (dwt) is hiring a Practice Management Specialist to provide strategic and operational support to our lawyers, directly contributing to revenue growth, enhanced efficiency, and the execution of practice group strategy.
What You'll Do
- Support the Practice Manager in daily business operations and execution of practice group needs.
- Handle tasks related to practice operations budget and establish structures for Practice Group meetings and communications.
- Collaborate with firm departments like Information Governance, HR, Finance, and Marketing to support practice group operations.
- Implement process improvements to elevate service levels to lawyers.
- Maintain practice-specific resources for lawyer-led training programs.
- Guide attorneys on the efficient use of technology, including AI, to improve service delivery.
- Support the development and execution of Practice Group strategic plans focused on revenue, growth, and culture.
- Build trusted relationships with attorneys by understanding their experience, capabilities, and strengths.
- Assist with attorney integration tasks to ensure an unparalleled experience for new hires.
- Support the development of training content for practice group attorneys.
- Prepare financial and KPI reports.
- Assist with tracking and maintaining Practice Group budgets and expenses.
- Analyze monthly accounts receivable and collections efforts.
- Provide support to Business Development and Marketing on strategic initiatives, RFPs, pitches, and marketing collateral.
- Promote client and group initiatives, including client training programs and presentations.

Nice to Have
- 2+ years of law firm or professional services organization experience, or equivalent internship and education.
- Bachelor's Degree and demonstrated academic excellence.
- CRM technology experience.
