Talan is looking for a Data Tutor (Senior Data Analyst) to join our team. In this role, you will lead the CDAIO (Data, Quality) workflow across various Markets projects. You will act as the subject matter expert for data within the Markets business, ensuring strategic alignment between business, technology, risk, and control functions within our defined data governance framework. This position requires a unique combination of governance skills, strategic vision, business analysis, and technical expertise.

What You'll Do

Oversee and coordinate the CDAIO workflow within Markets initiatives, ensuring a comprehensive view and execution under the data governance model.
Design, review, and ensure the effectiveness of thorough and proactive data quality controls aligned with CDAIO criteria.
Manage the prioritization and roadmap for data quality initiatives, streamlining efforts to ensure value delivery at each stage.
Monitor and regularly report on the status of data quality initiatives, consolidating information for decision-making forums.
Liaise between internal and external stakeholders including business, technology, regional, and global teams to foster collaboration.
Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities, proposing innovative solutions to ensure continuity and scalability of the data quality model.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in markets as a business analyst, project manager, or program manager in complex environments.
Some experience in data and AI projects, or in data governance/management within the banking sector.
A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
An advanced level of English (C1).
Knowledge of systems and processes in complex financial or corporate environments.
Experience in backlog management, roadmaps, and cross-functional program leadership.
Proven ability to represent a company in forums and liaise with high-level stakeholders.
