ATPCO is looking for a Data Strategist to play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of its commercial strategy. You will be integral to improving data quality, enhancing reporting and visualization, and analyzing data to generate strategic insights that influence business growth.

What You'll Do

Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to develop data-driven recommendations for leadership.
Conduct research and provide analysis to support business practice changes or improvements.
Recommend process improvements and operational efficiencies across the department and divisions.
Support the automation of data reporting tools and create clear, user-friendly data visualizations.
Develop analytical frameworks to better understand customer behavior and trends.
Assist with configuring, testing, and maintaining enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Contribute to the development, automation, and validation of KPI reports.
Help design, document, and maintain operational processes for consistency and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation, automation, and visualization.
Proficient in Power BI and SQL with experience designing interactive dashboards.
Experience with Microsoft Power Apps or Power Automate to streamline workflows.
Knowledge of data modeling techniques and data management best practices.
Skilled in developing clear, compelling presentations using PowerPoint.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams.
Highly organized with excellent time management, planning, and attention to detail.
Able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Demonstrates leadership and initiative in managing projects and delivering results.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or a related field.
