Kaufland e-commerce is looking for a Data Solutions Specialist (all genders) for a temporary parental leave replacement. You will serve as the central point of contact for our data solution suite, ensuring smooth operation, providing user support, and implementing the frameworks that enable our teams to work effectively with data.

What You'll Do

Provide first-level support to users for tool operation, access issues, and technical troubleshooting for the data solution suite (Tableau, Pushmetrics, Secoda).
Oversee comprehensive tool administration, performance monitoring, and vendor relationship management.
Develop and implement data governance frameworks and best practices, focusing on areas like data discoverability and literacy.
Collaborate closely with embedded analysts and analytics engineers to optimize data solutions' performance and integration.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports as needed, taking full ownership from conception to delivery.
Evaluate potential new data tools and technologies to continuously enhance our capabilities.

What We're Looking For

Experience as a power user of data visualization tools, particularly Tableau, with proven abilities in tool administration, user support, and vendor management.
Intermediate to advanced SQL knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills for resolving technical issues with data tools.
Experience implementing data governance practices, including effective permission structures and asset management processes.
A service-oriented communicator who explains technical concepts clearly across expertise levels, takes initiative, and thrives in cross-functional environments.
