Capgemini is looking for a Data Scientist Gen AI to lead, drive, and technically develop initiatives autonomously in the field of generative AI and machine learning. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy solutions while managing project technical teams.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision models.
- Develop projects with NLP and LLMs.
- Manage and manipulate data sets, including defining learning variables and generating, transforming, and cleaning new sets.
- Define End-to-End Machine Learning processes.
- Develop training processes using different frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Develop inference processes in On-premise or Cloud environments.
- Maintain existing Machine Learning models.
- Lead project technical teams.
- Mentor Junior or trainee Data Scientists.
- Participate in technical proposals at national and international levels.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a similar Engineering field.
- Experience developing projects in generative AI with NLP and LLMs.
- Proven experience of more than 3 years applying ML and DL techniques in productive environments.
- Experience in defining, creating, deploying, and maintaining ML and DL models in productive environments.
- Knowledge of Python and/or R in data science.
- Knowledge of Databricks.
- Advanced knowledge of Machine Learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Advanced knowledge of cloud analytics services on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proactivity in building solutions and applying new functionalities related to the technology in use.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
Nice to Have
- A PhD or Master's in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, mathematics, or statistics.
- Advanced knowledge of Apache Spark (PySpark) in data science.
- Knowledge of Docker and/or Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like PowerBI.
- Certifications in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Knowledge and application of data science across different sectors like banking, insurance, telco, or retail.
