Netflix, Inc. seeks a Data Science Manager, Subscription Revenue to lead the Subscription Revenue Data Science Team. You will influence pricing strategy and understand the long-term revenue and growth trajectory for our global business.
What You'll Do
- Build the vision for science in pricing and forecasting, improving state-of-the-art approaches.
- Be the voice of data in decision-making, fostering trust in data and model-driven outputs with executives and stakeholders.
- Build connection points across teams and markets to align growth approaches across the business.
- Coach and guide employees through regular feedback to ensure top-notch research and actionable learnings.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in building, managing, mentoring, and inspiring applied science teams.
- Proven track record of using data science, forecasting, and econometrics to drive impact.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical partners.
- PhD in Economics, Computational Social Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Industry or academic experience in forecasting, pricing, growth, or other related business fields.
- High-energy self-starter with a passion for business impact through data science.
- Tolerance for ambiguity in a fast-paced setting and a positive attitude.
