The Data Science Manager will join NielsenIQ's global team in the APAC region to transform Consumer Measurement products by leveraging data to reveal the complete consumer journey. This role involves developing innovative data science solutions, supporting stakeholders, and enhancing methodologies for consumer data analysis both online and in-store.
What You'll Do
- Help educate commercial associates and clients on how to use innovative Consumer products, from take home panels to receipt capture and beyond
- Be a panel expert: understand end-to-end how we construct the best panels in the industry
- Present and communicate findings and recommendations based on research and analysis
- Evaluate current methodologies and identify opportunities for enhancement (input data cleaning, data preparation methodologies, data quality tracking, consumer projection)
- Support documentation of findings, methodologies, and best practices
- Develop prototypes of new solutions/methodologies to new market challenges
- Support production deployment of proposed enhancements/new solutions
- Identification of quality risks and follow up on solutions
- Engagement with stakeholders on scope, execution, data exchange and outcomes for assigned projects
- Expert-level analysis of results and presentations with insights
- Screen the market for potential new Data Science approaches
- Foster knowledge exchange within the company
