Jobgether is looking for a Data Operations Specialist to ensure seamless integration and high-quality data operations for our financial systems, with a focus on QuickBooks. You’ll guide users through setup, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows to directly impact operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Guide users through QuickBooks integration setup and configuration processes.
- Provide ongoing technical support for QuickBooks Online and Desktop integrations.
- Assist with data validation, mapping, and synchronization between QuickBooks and internal systems.
- Analyze data quality and identify potential issues, creating custom action plans to resolve them.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate trends, recurring issues, and potential system enhancements.
- Document common troubleshooting steps, best practices, and user guides to enhance self-service resources.
- Proactively suggest process improvements to optimize the user experience and system functionality.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3+ years of professional experience in customer success, technical support, implementation, or data operations roles.
- Experience using QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop in a professional setting.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Strong customer-facing skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance and training.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and data reconciliation processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
