Renaissance is hiring a Data Integration Analyst II to ensure the successful integration of data sources into our customer products. You will be responsible for obtaining, adjusting, and validating data imported from external systems, working directly with customers and collaborating internally to guarantee data quality.
What You'll Do
- Connect a variety of data sources, including student information systems, assessment platforms, and behavior management systems, to populate customer products with accurate data.
- Implement and maintain configuration as code to ensure products meet customers’ analytic needs.
- Perform daily triage of managed integrations.
- Address customer technical questions about managed integrations and performance data.
- Proactively look for ways to improve managed integrations, technical documentation, and configurations.
- Collaborate with support and implementation specialists to advise on and troubleshoot customer data quality issues, consulting on customer calls as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis.
- Proven organizational skills and workflow management.
- Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of ETL processes.
- Experience with regular expressions.
- Ability to work independently to solve problems.
- Knowledge of open-source technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and Dbeaver.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in mathematics, computer science, engineering, or a similar field.
- Knowledge and experience with Renaissance products or educational technology.
