Colsubsidio | Caja Colombiana de Subsidio Familiar is hiring a Data Experience Analyst to drive the alignment of our strategy and culture with a client-centric focus. You will define and develop initiatives and interventions to transform the customer experience by leveraging data insights.

What You'll Do

Generate and analyze dashboards, reports, and insights based on business needs.
Identify results from performance indicator monitoring through control dashboard updates to ensure timely decision-making.
Track critical business indicators and generate insights.
Correlate data with results from reports, dashboards, and analyses, adding value to information and creating alerts related to evaluated metrics.

What We're Looking For

Professional degree in Engineering Sciences, Social and Human Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields.
2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related areas.
Proficiency in visualization tools, database modeling, and the development of reports, management indicators, and predictive analysis.
