About the Role

Remote VA is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Order Management Assistant to support a growing renovation and construction company. This role focuses on accurate data entry, managing supply orders, and coordinating with contractors to ensure projects run smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry related to projects, materials, and orders.
  • Manage and track Home Depot supply orders, including order status and delivery updates.
  • Coordinate and communicate with contractors regarding materials, schedules, and job progress.
  • Enter and maintain progress updates for ongoing renovation and construction jobs.
  • Organize project documentation and ensure records are complete and up to date.
  • Support the operations team with administrative tasks related to construction projects.
