Responsibilities
- Input and maintain accurate records of products, clients, and orders within internal systems
- Handle purchase orders with attention to correct specifications, costs, and shipping timelines
- Monitor order progress and collaborate with warehouse and logistics personnel for coordination
- Inspect incoming and existing data for inaccuracies, gaps, or contradictions and make corrections
- Produce simple data summaries, tables, and visual reports for use by department leads
- Schedule supply chain meetings by distributing calendar notifications and managing availability
- Provide updates to customers and internal departments on order progress, interruptions, or issues
- Keep organized digital files and documentation to meet regulatory and audit requirements
- Assist in refining workflows to improve precision and productivity in order handling
