You will navigate the complete data lifecycle, encompassing ingestion, transformation, modeling, and analytics, supporting organizational data scalability and emerging AI technology adoption. You will interface with diverse systems including ERP, CRM, SaaS, and unstructured data repositories, generating dependable datasets and AI-powered insights supporting operational and analytical decision-making. This represents a hands-on, significant role within a dynamic, learning-oriented environment. Accountabilities: · Architect, construct, and sustain comprehensive data pipelines within Microsoft Fabric and Azure environments. · Capture and manipulate data from ERP systems (e.g., Business Central), CRM/SaaS platforms (Salesforce, Dayforce), and file-based sources (CSV, JSON, Excel, cloud storage, SFTP). · Construct analytics-ready datasets utilizing SQL, Python, and Spark; normalize, correlate, enrich, and sanitize data. · Implement AI/ML techniques addressing real-world scenarios such as forecasting, predictive modeling, process automation, and text/document enrichment. · Guarantee quality, reliability, and maintainability of data solutions through rigorous testing, validation, error management, monitoring, and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices. · Engage with cross-functional teams including business intelligence, analytics, and business analysis to deliver comprehensive data solutions. · Participate in Agile workflows, deconstructing complex initiatives into manageable increments while consistently proposing enhancements. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. · 3–7+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or applied AI/ML. · Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data ingestion, transformation, and integration. · Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Fabric or Azure data ecosystem tools (Data Factory, Synapse, ADLS, Databricks). · Proven capability to extract, transform, and model data from ERP, SaaS, APIs, and file-based sources. · Comprehensive understanding of Spark and applied AI/ML techniques (regression, forecasting, classification, NLP, enrichment). · Robust collaboration skills and experience operating within iterative frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Jira). · Optional but advantageous: certifications in Microsoft/Azure, experience with Business Central, Power BI modeling, ML model deployment, Azure AI, or LLM-based enrichment.
