Responsibilities
- Collaborate in developing and maintaining a scalable data platform focused on performance, reliability, and ease of use for all internal users.
- Influence the evolution of the central data model to enable advanced analytics, reporting, and enforce standards around data quality, governance, and lifecycle management with clear documentation.
- Build, deploy, and monitor reliable data pipelines for data ingestion and transformation using strong engineering practices such as testing, version control, code reviews, and CI/CD.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, finance, risk, compliance, and engineering to translate business objectives into practical and measurable data solutions.
- Help define team strategy and roadmap to ensure technical initiatives support broader company goals.
