TensorWave is looking for a Data Center Build Engineer – Liquid Cooling to lead the deployment of liquid cooling systems in high-density data centers supporting AI workloads. You will work cross-functionally to ensure the safe and efficient implementation of advanced cooling technologies.
What You'll Do
- Lead the deployment of liquid cooling systems during data center build-outs and expansions, including D2C loops, cold plate systems, CDUs, and immersion tanks.
- Oversee installation of mechanical piping, manifolds, hose assemblies, quick disconnects, and supporting infrastructure.
- Interpret and implement liquid cooling design documents, ensuring alignment with mechanical, electrical, and IT infrastructure.
- Work closely with vendors and contractors to manage the delivery, installation, and integration of cooling equipment.
- Participate in factory and site acceptance testing (FAT/SAT), commissioning, and thermal performance validation.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, leak prevention protocols, and best practices for handling coolants and fluid management.
- Support change management, field engineering adjustments, and feedback to design for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure successful handoff and documentation of installed systems.
