Personal Pay seeks a Senior Data Analyst to transform customer, product, and business data into actionable insights that drive key decisions. In this role, you’ll provide analytical depth in a fast-paced fintech environment, partnering closely with Product and Business teams to inform strategy and execution.
What You'll Do
- Gather needs from stakeholders and translate them into high-impact analytical initiatives that drive key objectives and results.
- Serve as the primary data reference for the Product team, supporting the evolution towards data-informed decisions.
- Analyze in-app customer behavior to identify levers that improve engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Develop advanced customer segmentations to enhance the relevance of content, offers, and messages.
- Create and automate dashboards for key metrics, ensuring information is actionable and scalable.
- Prioritize the analysis backlog using Agile methodology, balancing urgent demands with deep-dive projects.
- Communicate findings and deviations effectively to stakeholders, transforming complex data into clear narratives.
- Promote a self-service, data-driven culture by democratizing access to data and training team members on analytical tools.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in a data analysis role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and BigQuery.
- Advanced experience and knowledge of Google Analytics 4.
- Experience building visualization dashboards, preferably with Looker or Looker Studio (or similar tools like Tableau or Power BI).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and ability to integrate into multidisciplinary teams.
- Empathy with the user to focus on solving their problems through data.
- University degree in Engineering, Economics, Exact Sciences, Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Specific experience in digital product metrics, particularly Google Analytics 4.
- Knowledge of ML practices and Advanced Analytics models.
