Keolis is hiring a Data Analyst for its Île-de-France operations, reporting to the Performance & KeoGear Manager. In this role, you will develop, deploy, and adapt data tools and visualizations to enhance operational performance, efficiency, and customer experience, leveraging data from ridership, vehicle systems, and operational performance.
What You'll Do
- Exploit ridership data (counts, validations, sales) to manage the commercial performance of Keolis lines and networks.
- Use data from vehicle onboard systems to facilitate supervision and maintain operational condition.
- Analyze operational line performance metrics, including travel times, commercial speed, traffic bottlenecks, and accidentology.
- Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Develop clear and concise reports for stakeholders with effective visualizations.
- Contribute to company strategy by providing data-based insights.
- Work closely with IT and operations teams to integrate analyses into decision-making processes.
- Use and maintain advanced data processing and interactive visualization tools.
- Be proactive and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- University degree in statistics, computer science, or a similar field.
- Good knowledge and interest in the passenger transport sector.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all types of professions.
- Demonstrated rigor, autonomy, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capacity.
- Significant experience in processing and analyzing mobility data.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (SQL, Python, R) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
