Responsibilities
- Co-manage the end-to-end recruitment process for TV audience measurement by overseeing specific regional areas in the Philippines, including evaluating and validating addresses from the Establishment Survey for recruitment eligibility.
- Track and manage the full lifecycle of field addresses by assigning them to field teams, updating visit statuses, and maintaining accurate records to support timely reporting.
- Produce weekly recruitment reports to monitor operational progress and ensure data accuracy across all stages of the address lifecycle.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to maintain panel demographic integrity and sustain high in-tab levels, ensuring the reliability of audience measurement data.
- Support field operations by quickly addressing field team inquiries and resolving issues to avoid delays and maintain efficient panel installations.
- Develop and implement automation for internal workflows and data validation processes using tools such as SurveyToGo, AppSheet, and data dashboards.

- Act as the technical point of contact for the Establishment Survey team to develop, troubleshoot, and maintain operational tools.
- Provide technical and operational support to other business units, including panel management and incentive processing teams.
