Del Oro Consulting is hiring a Data Analyst to support the design and optimization of a major partner incentive program. You will assist in building complex business models, analyzing large datasets, and running scenario analyses to evaluate incentive options.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain complex business models aligned with program needs
- Analyze large datasets and conduct scenario analysis to guide incentive design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and refine analyses
- Present findings clearly to stakeholders to support informed decision-making

- Demonstrated experience with large data sets and advanced analytical modeling
- Strong quantitative and scenario analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to feedback
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment

- Prior experience supporting partner programs or incentive structures
