Braze is looking for a Data Analyst to join our team. You will measure, understand, and monitor key business metrics across our mobile apps and websites, working with datasets from a variety of systems. You will be a key partner to teams across the company, including product, growth marketing, engineering, data science, and customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis with actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Translate stakeholder priorities into clear, actionable dashboards.
- Maintain data pipeline automation.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders across different teams.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a data analytics role.
- Web and mobile analytics experience using tools like Firebase, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Segment.
- Proficient in SQL and Python.
- Experience with web and mobile tagging, including tag management systems like GTM or DTM.
- Understanding of data pipeline and orchestration tools like DBT and Airflow.
- Ability to build and manage dashboarding tools such as Redash, Tableau, or Snowsight.
- Strong analytical skills, a team-player mentality, high organization, attention to detail, and curiosity.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative or business field.
- Previous experience in an analytics role at a startup.
