Jobgether is seeking a Data Analyst passionate about transforming complex information into actionable insights. In this role, you will gather, process, and analyze data from diverse sources to guide business decisions and enhance operational outcomes within a collaborative environment that values continuous learning and innovation.
What You'll Do
- Source, organize, and convert data from multiple systems to support business analysis and reporting.
- Apply quantitative and statistical methods to translate raw data into meaningful insights.
- Conduct descriptive and diagnostic analyses to address business cases and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, structure, and accessibility.
- Develop subject matter expertise in key business areas and act as a trusted data advisor.
- Create and maintain dashboards and data visualizations for leadership and operational teams.
- Contribute to data literacy across teams by sharing analytical best practices.
- Participate in ongoing learning and data-related projects, utilizing tools such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or data engineering.
- 2+ years of experience supporting specific business areas through analytics and reporting.
- Strong command of Excel or Microsoft BI (pivot tables required).
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to communicate insights effectively.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Nice to Have
- Experience with financial or banking data.
- Programming skills in SQL, Python, R, or SAS.
