Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Data Analyst to enable data-driven decision-making within a major strategic IT governance program. In this remote role, you will design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that track key performance indicators, funding, and compliance metrics.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and static reports to monitor project performance, funding use, compliance, and other essential metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements that align with strategic KPIs and governance objectives.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and insights that support IT governance strategies and improvement efforts.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting tools and visualizations.
- Document data sources, methodologies, and processes to maintain transparency and reproducibility.
- Provide training and support to end-users to encourage effective use and adoption of reporting tools.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles supporting complex programs.
- Proficiency with data visualization and reporting platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalents.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills focused on delivering actionable insights.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with public sector clients or large-scale IT governance/strategic initiatives is highly preferred.
