Libertex Group is hiring a Data Analyst to drive product innovation and strategic decision-making through in-depth analysis. You'll enhance our analytics platform, track user behavior, evaluate A/B tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or relocate to Montenegro.
What You'll Do
- Implement in-depth research using Python to uncover hidden trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Enhance and maintain the analytics platform (Mixpanel) as part of a dynamic multi-division team.
- Implement industry best practices to track and analyze user behavior and product performance.
- Validate and analyze A/B tests to evaluate feature effectiveness and user engagement, providing clear recommendations.
- Partner with product managers and domain experts to translate business objectives into valuable analytical conclusions.
- Develop and present informative reports and dashboards that communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for product optimization as well as data collection and analysis process improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst.
- Proficiency in using Mixpanel or similar analytics tools for tracking user behavior events.
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with A/B testing methodologies.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, and proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Proficiency in using SQL.
- Familiarity with BI tools, preferably with Power BI.
- Upper-intermediate English level.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
