Denova Consulting is seeking a Data Analyst (Power BI) to join a global, data-driven procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing Power BI dashboards, analyzing complex data for actionable insights, and collaborating directly with business stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and scalable data models.
Analyze complex datasets to uncover patterns, correlations, and actionable business insights.
Transform, clean, and model raw data into structured, analytics-ready formats using Power Query and DAX.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements, KPIs, success metrics, and data expectations.
Optimize data models and report performance for scalability, usability, and efficiency.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through thorough validation and root-cause analysis.
Automate recurring reporting processes and streamline data workflows.
Monitor data quality and implement validation controls to maintain reliability across multiple data sources.
Document data definitions, model logic, and reporting standards to promote governance, standardization, and scalability.
Present actionable insights through clear, compelling visualizations and executive-level summaries.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a consulting or fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven expertise in Power BI, including DAX, data modelling, and dashboard creation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data transformation tools.
High attention to detail, with a strong focus on data accuracy, integrity, and quality assurance.
Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
