Responsibilities
- Examine extensive and varied datasets to uncover trends, patterns, potential opportunities, and risks.
- Create performance indicators, key performance metrics, dashboards, and scorecards to evaluate marketing and communication initiatives.
- Carry out analysis of audiences, customers, stakeholders, and campaigns to guide strategic planning.
- Conduct on-demand research and analysis to address internal and client business inquiries.
- Convert analytical results into clear, actionable recommendations that enhance organizational outcomes.
- Utilize data analysis methods such as predictive modeling, machine learning, and data mining to shape client program strategies.
- Build, implement, and manage interactive dashboards and automated reporting tools across multiple platforms.
- Design intuitive data visualizations that convey insights effectively to executives, clients, and project teams.
- Track performance across marketing campaigns, websites, social media, digital ads, public outreach, and programs.
- Ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and aligned with client goals and contractual obligations.
- Present findings through well-structured reports, presentations, and stakeholder briefings.
- Gather, clean, verify, and merge data from various sources and systems.
- Work with databases, spreadsheets, CRM platforms, marketing tools, and analytics software to fulfill reporting needs.
- Develop and sustain queries, data models, and workflows that enhance data integrity and access.
- Support data governance, documentation, and quality assurance practices.
- Find ways to automate recurring reporting and analytical tasks.
- Assist in stakeholder analysis, audience segmentation, and assessment of outreach program effectiveness.
- Detect trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve targeted engagement and program results.
- Coordinate with client and agency partners to maintain accurate and up-to-date databases for analysis.
- Collaborate with internal project leads and external clients to define analytical requirements.
- Support the creation of new business proposals, client decks, and data-backed strategic recommendations.
- Help government and commercial clients assess program impact and return on investment.
- Explain technical results clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and evidence-based decision-making.
