Genesis is looking for a Data Analyst to strengthen our business through deep work with data, marketing analytics, and subscription models. You will be a key contributor to our Shift product, which helps people develop their careers.

What You'll Do

Build and develop analytical infrastructure: from designing DWH and collecting data from external sources to BI and analytical research.
Analyze traffic acquisition effectiveness at the campaign, adset, and creative levels.
Support and develop predictive pLTV models.
Analyze performance of different user cohorts.
Develop and maintain BI reports for team self-service analytics.
Automate analytics and build ELT pipelines.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to improve data quality and make data-driven decisions.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Marketing Analyst.
Confident command of SQL (DDL, DML, advanced DQL).
Practical Python skills for building and maintaining ELT pipelines and automating analytics.
Deep understanding of key metrics for subscription-based business models.
Practical experience working with subscription products (web or mobile).
Expertise in at least one BI tool.
Experience setting up and analyzing events in analytics systems like GA4, GTM, Amplitude, or PostHog.
Strong analytical and logical thinking.
Proactivity and ability to independently find growth points through data.

Nice to Have

Experience working with large volumes of data.
Understanding of marketing funnels and paid user acquisition models.
Experience building analytical infrastructure from scratch.
