Position Responsibilities: - Examine and validate financial documentation from Multinational Clients submitted by Global Network Collaborators, ensuring comprehensive data comprehension and reporting precision. - Coordinate modifications and adjustments to financial reporting submissions with Global Network Collaborators, negotiating submission timelines to meet Client annual reporting requirements. - Function as technical educator and advisor for Global Network Collaborators, ensuring top-tier delivery and accuracy of periodic reporting. - Collect information from multiple source systems to identify, investigate, and evaluate experience patterns by region, country, risk category, and product type. Collaborate with IGP Underwriters and local Network Partner teams to develop proactive responses to identified trends. - Engage Global Network Collaborators and Lead Underwriters regarding underperforming Employee Benefit contracts, understanding fundamental challenges and influencing local actions and strategic interventions. - Participate in annual evaluations of Global Network Collaborators under Lead IGP Underwriter guidance. - Support operational enhancement projects, providing technical expertise and recommending testing and implementation strategies. - Serve as technical trainer, consultant, and mentor to IGP Administration personnel, including BPO operations and functional units, on Policy Year End Report completion and review. - Conduct technical quality assurance peer reviews of IGP Administration and BPO reporting for accuracy.
