Leadtech is seeking a skilled and experienced Data Analyst who is passionate about their work, adapts easily, and shares our company values. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on multiple deliverables in parallel and be comfortable receiving reporting requirements and translating these into solutions.

What You'll Do

Investigate, prioritize, and document anomalies
Use Excel skills to accomplish tasks of more complex nature (vlookups, pivot tables, IF conditions)
Ensure data accuracy
Improve operations and processes for the team by identifying trends
Implement consumer data acquisition, e-commerce analytics, and trigger-based marketing
Implement consumer analytics, consumer segmentation, and profiling
Respond to data analysis requests from stakeholders and staff members
Retrieve data, clean and prepare data for analysis, perform data analysis, and upload the information to various sources
Help with Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Annual reporting
Perform analysis on large data sets using appropriate data analysis techniques and tools with a strong focus on quality
Define the data quality standards in the context of specific initiatives
Maintain functional expertise in database analytics best practices and the tools that support them
Work with cross-functional teams such as engineering, product management, and business intelligence to deploy data quality across critical pipelines and to set up processes to triage data issues
Create and optimize metrics and reporting functions to measure and monitor data quality for our most critical data assets
Effectively and timely communicate data quality insights and drive projects to improve data quality
Research data sources and make any corrections to existing data as needed to ensure accuracy
Act as a real-time data analyst, monitoring and identifying performance drops using analytics tools to ensure timely resolution and maintain optimal product functionality
Review data control alerts, ensuring that processes operate effectively and efficiently, enabling proactive identification and resolution of data issues

What We're Looking For

BA/BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or an analytical field
Excellent judgment, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills
Extremely detail-oriented mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical problem-solving skill
Advanced Expertise in MS Excel and Google Sheets required

Nice to Have

Knowledge or experience with Analytics Platform and SQL
Familiarity with Amplitude
Experience in international environments
