Growth Troops is hiring a Data Analyst to support our sales and marketing teams with accurate, well-organized data. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, cleaning, and managing lead information using Excel and ZoomInfo to provide critical insights that fuel our growth.
What You'll Do
- Source and update contact and company information using ZoomInfo
- Organize and maintain large datasets in Excel
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across internal systems
- Prepare spreadsheets and reports to support sales outreach
- Collaborate with the team to optimize lead lists and data processes
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, and filtering
- Experience using ZoomInfo for lead sourcing or research
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
- Proficiency with pivot tables in Excel
